Saudi Arabia - Ar Riyad, Riyadh Job Summary AECOM have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Architect to join us on one of the world's largest programs currently taking place. The successful applicant will manage different assets program wide whilst working very closely with the client on site, developing from the ideation/vision to concept design. The role is a fantastic opportunity to stamp your mark on an exciting new chapter in the region! Key Accountabilities Responsible to deliver various architectural design types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc. Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentations Supervise the concept, preliminaries and detailed design documentation Qualitative architectural design review, comment, and recommendation Assist in management and oversight of other Architects across different sectors/departments Draft comprehensive architectural sets from concept until detailed design documents Develop and review architectural asset briefs Prepare SoW, specifications, reports and related data tables Take initiative to develop design manuals, standard design documents Minimum Requirements 15+ years of outstanding architectural design and management experience Design experience in various architectural types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc. Construction experience is preferred Extensive project experience with emphasis on large projects and programs Experience in Middle East is highly appreciated Preferred Qualifications B.Arch from a recognized university The achievement of a Professional registration of an internationally recognized institution i.e RIBA, AIA, LEED is highly desirable What We Offer When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
