toxic agents across public roadways and international borders Calibrate automatic detectors utilizing training and reference publications in the accomplishment of basic assignments Assist with the setup of temporary weapons of mass destruction WMD characterization and assessment sites in the public domain Formerly Used Defense Sites FUDS and DoD Installations Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination as determined by a completed background investigation Capability for emergency worldwide response to chemical biological accident incident situations 24 hours per day 365 days a year Must possess or obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Must undergo urinalysis screening under the Civilian Drug Abuse Testing Program prior to appointment to the position and randomly thereafter Must be able to pass a medical examination initially and annually Mobility for temporary duty TDY assignments both stateside CONUS and overseas OCONUS You will perform mission requirements in hostile environments In such situations you will be designated as Emergency Essential IAW the current DoD Directive governing retention of Documenting experimental results related to toxic agents OR Education Successfully completed a full fouryear course of study leading to a bachelors degree a with major study in an appropriate field of engineering construction or industrial technology or b that included at least 24 semester hours in any combination of courses such as engineering or industrial technology construction physics drafting surveying physical science or mathematics Note You must attach a copy of your transcripts OR Combination of Education and Experience A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100 To compute the percentage of the requirements divide your total months of experience by 12 Then divide your
