We will love to meet you soon.Responsibilities :-style="margin-top: 0in"--Understanding the construction plan of the project.-Determining the time constraints to complete the job.-Identifying the raw material and manpower required.-Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.-Managing daily activities on the site.-Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.-Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.-Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.-Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.-Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price.-Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.-Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.-Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.-Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives.-Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.RequirementsSaudi Nationality·Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related degree.·A valid drivers license will be mandatory.·Proficiency in Computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.·Ability to work independently as well as in a team.·Ability to manage tasks as per priorities.·Amazing project management skills.·Good verbal and written communication skills.·Ability to maintain a positive work environment.·Ability to deal with different personalities and remain calm.·A hardworking and detailed-orientated individual.·Ability to work in harsh conditions.
