The Field Engineer will exhibit genuine interest in solving work problems through proactively asking questions, clearly communicating and collaborating both internally and externally to grow the business. In addition, the Field Engineer is responsible for understanding our competition and customers, and showing initiative to learn and continuously improve company processes.

Install, troubleshoot, operate and configure company products and systems at customer sites. Instructs customer in product usage.


Listed in order of relevance:

Pre-commissioning activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing.Clear understanding of control valve and flow measuring devices functioning. Exhibit moderate understanding on sizing.Test and tune including machinery testing, control loop tuning and troubleshootingRemote technical support, systems engineering support and troubleshootingPrepare administrative (expenses, reports, etc.) and aftermarket supportExhibit moderate understanding of various plant processes.Customer trainingCollaborate with departments cross functionally to support the entire Lifecycle of our products and customer experience.Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university.Understand basic electrical principles.Proficiency in computers and networking. PC and PLC Programming skills are a plus.Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations to effectively complete specific projects and tasksBasic training skills preferredExperience with safety systems and / or TUV certified is a plus.Ability to read, speak, and write fluently in English.Certified to work offshore or willing and capable to complete the required training. Should have no issues in obtaining visas and site entry to oil sites of ME.


60 percent or more of travel per year. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Extensive domestic and international travel is required. Since we serve mostly oil,&gas and chemical sector, few unexpected short notice emergencies are expected requiring travel at short notice.
