provide a sound contribution and act as Mentor to Graduate and other engineers in the Instrumentation Engineering discipline. Identify training needs for various skills within the discipline.Working closely as a key member of task force teams in achieving project goals.Review and development of Company Standards in conjunction with Senior Management.Liaise closely with Worley clients to ensure project goals are being achieved, a sound relationship exists and that future client needs are identified.QualificationsEDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.EXPERIENCE:Engineering design experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry.Minimum of 10 years design experienceHave an experience base, which has been continuously developed in relation to understanding the international codes and standards.KEY SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:In depth knowledge of the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical IndustryWell developed presentation, communication and mentoring skills.What we offer youProviding an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.
