Job Description Graduate Degree in Engineering. Arabic Nationals/speakers are PREFERRED. Min 10 years estimation experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Fertilizer Projects with Field exposure & Project execution. Responsible for preparing complete, accurate estimates for EPC/EPIC & Construction for Onshore & Offshore projects. Prepare detailed accurate material, labor, subcontracts, construction facilities for Static, Rotating, Piping, Pipeline Components. Estimation experience in Onshore as well as Offshore Projects is desired. Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal meetings and site visits and prepare Site Visit reports. Prepare RFQ Packages for Obtaining Procurement quotes for all items as per Tender Scope under Mechanical. Prepare Prebid Technical Clarification requests for obtaining Client Clarification responses.
