Our client, a major operator in Qatar, requires 2 ICSS Engineers to join on contract working on major projects. Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms, integration to the existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines, debottlenecking of existing functions, all these activities could be executed across several international sites. The main accountabilities are to ensure: . Projects Engineering documents are reviewed efficiently, in time. . Projects tasks/studies are well managed as per standards and contractual requirements, with a placement in dues times of proposed deviations. . All the technical interfaces with the design team are correctly managed, . pre-FEED and FEED meet the organization's safety regulations, reach the quality conformance and are performed within schedule, . Project bases of designs are robust and secure the detail engineering phases, the next project phases and finally the operation phases. . Engineering dossier (pre-FEED, then FEED) is delivered with a robust process definition aligned with clear bases of design, a consolidated project scope, a clear project state of requirement . Internal and external technical reviews (Project reviews, etc.) are done and completed. . Design of the projects is optimized (CAPEX and OPEX) to obtain a fit for purpose unit: safe for construction, operation, maintenance. Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instrumentation and control engineering with minimum 15 years' experience as engineer in instrumentation and control engineering field in Oil and Gas activities. Strong engineering knowledge and experience in ICSS design either in greenfield and brownfields projects, offshore experience is required. . Available for mission world-wide . Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus . Language: fluent English . Computer literate . Strong leadership skills and good communication skills . Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environmentDay Rate: Negotiable USD (Worked days only) Monthly logistics allowance: 3750 USD per month Visa, payroll & medical insurance through Airswift as assignment sponsor Contract Duration: Up until December 2023 initially 30 days annual leave unpaid Single status assignment - family visa & medical coverage is contractor cost
