Job Description :Company Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees. They are currently looking for a Senior Engineer, Project & Operations (Hotels) to be based in Sharma, Saudi Arabia.Duties & Responsibilities: Advising and providing technical support services to the hotel development teamsDeliver on the hotel development and the transition to operations Implement the Operational Plan (OP) to establish effective hotel technical operationsCoordinate the dedicated technical service resources (staff & equipment)Maintain all levels of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) aligned to agreed priority levels (P1/P2/P3) and maintenance types (L1-Statutory/L2-Business Critical/L3- Normal)Implement the set formal and measurable service level matrixes (SLAs & KPIs) for internal and external resourcesImplement all associated required technical operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Assist in compliance to the hotel operations budget Coordinate resources to maintain effective technical operations Follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLA) scoped activities deliverables - report on performance and non-complianceEnsure compliance with company's defined policies and processesDeliver effective quality control and assurance within the hotel technical services functionSupport, through awareness and proactive actions, Environmental initiatives as directed by Senior Operations ManagementSupport, through awareness and proactive actions, Sustainability initiatives as directed by Senior Operations ManagementCommunicate staff resource expectations inclusive of role definitions, performance monitoring and developmentInstill a positive and proactive service culture within the hotel technical services function Deliver a high-performing hotel technical teamImplement technical staff performance objectives - providing necessary support, evaluation, feedbackPromote company values within the hotel technical operations teamsQualification & Requirements:Relative Engineering Degree Minimum 7 years of project support experience - Hotels Development, and/orMinimum 7 years of hotel operational experienceStrong service delivery acumen demonstrated while serving as a trusted confidant and advisor to the Senior Line ManagerProven coordination skills to simultaneously manage a wide number of different services delivery resources covering hotel project development and operations. A creative and agile approach to daily hotel challenges A proven ability to motivate and develop staffBasic appreciation of service cost control and optimization Effective communication and IT skills.
