Recommend action plans to resolve or correct the problems and monitor the implementation of the action plans. Assist Chief Engineer to complete the functional roles and responsibilities. Work plan and scheduleDirect and assist area process engineers under his group to provide work instruction / task allocation.2. InspectionsLead or assist technical investigation pertinent to plant incidents or troubles working with other relevant departments to identify root causes and propose recommendations.3. Technical studiesLead or assist process-related technical studies for the improvement of operability, de-bottlenecking, loss minimization, energy efficiencies and so on4. Technical Procedures ImplementationInitiate and review process-related technical procedures, SOPs. Ensure such procedures are properly implemented and followed under his assigned plant area. 5. Engineering StudiesReview engineering documents (MOC, EWR /etc.) prepared by process engineers in his group or prepare such documents by himself. 6.
