• On request, provide assistance to our repair center at our work shop facilities • Provide supervision to on site personnel in connection with repair, retrofit, upgrade, and complete rehabilitation work performed • Provide a technical report of all service work in accordance with Company standards for each assignment • Advise customers of new developments (opportunities to upgrade older equipment) and requirements regarding stocking of spare parts, service requirements and techniques • Maintain a good professional relationship with all customers • Ensure all service work is completed within the allocated time frame and meets with total customer satisfaction. You don't hesitate to also take responsibility for organizational and administrative duties which are connected to your work • Customer-focused and responsible team player with the ability to forge relationships • Support local field service team to provide optimum services to fulfil the contractual obligation, customers' satisfaction and building up a permanent healthy relationship between parties and actively search for new opportunities • Project cost monitoring and managing forecast materials and services required to execute jobs in the quickest time • Maintain and revamp existing control systems including troubleshooting, retrofit or revamp
