You will be acting as service lead in high complex service work and trouble shooting and ensure delivery according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi ABB Power Grids standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Delivering outstanding customer service to earn customer loyalty.Your responsibilitiesService delivery: Performing high complex Service tasks like repair, overhaul on different equipment and systems. Guiding the resolution of complex trouble shooting incidents. Actively works to develop innovative solutions.Customer approach: Contributing to higher customer satisfaction by ensuring high complex Service work according to customer expectations. Interacting with customer to provide customized solutions. Creating and maintaining excellent relationship with customers and molds their needs. Creating new sales opportunities and taking influence in convincing the client for the complete service portfolio.Technical leadership and development: Assuming lead role in developing function within one’s area and Facilitating best practice sharing. Giving feedbacks to the organization to apply lessons learned process. Assisting actively new service product development.Documentation and reports: Leading the effort to document the implicit service knowledge in a knowledge management system.Troubleshooting: Proactively identifying potential equipment failures and suggests proactive corrective and systemic actions. Troubleshooting high complex equipment failure and makes recommendations and systems to avoid repeating the problem in the future.Operational excellence: Assisting management to improve operations and customer service by proactively working on suggestions.Health, safety and integrity: Promoting safety culture. Ensuring highest standards of HSE are observed.Processes and Tools: Creating standard processes and tools.
