Acts as the Companyrepresentative with the client and selected subcontractors duringthe program execution. Negotiates changes tothe scope of work with the client and keysubcontractors. Markets and secures additionalwork with client. Responsible for following upon instructions and commitments associated with the project. Mayparticipate in negotiations wi th regulatory agencies and in publicmeetings in support of clients. Overseesestablishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan,Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents asrequired. Establishes the program requirementsfor all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and finaldeliverables for adherence to these criteria.
