PrimaryObjective To provide Safety& Risk discipline specific engineering services to Worleyand its clients, and technical support and supervision within thediscipline and to other disciplines by leading a disciplineteam. SpecificAccountabilities Builds positive working relationships with externalparties such as the customer, suppliers, andcontractors. HAZOP and HAZIDleadership Review of Safety & RiskStudies: Safety & RiskPhilosophies. Design Requirements for SafetySystems. Active Fire Protection Design(PipeNet). Passive Fire ProtectionDesign. Fire and Gas Design.Hazardous area classification.Escape routes and safety equipmentspecification. FormalSafety Assessments. Manage major AccidentHazard events and apply a formalised approach of hazard managementto identify and provide means of mitigation and reduction ofhazards. Safety Critical Element &Performance Standards. Design Safety Reviews /Studies, Layout, EERA, ESSA, F&G, HazardousArea. Lead Fire andExplosion Studies and other Risk based studies consistent withSafety Case application. This includes Non-Flammable AnalysisStudies, Smoke Dispersion modeling, Escape and Rescue Modeling andEmergency System Vulnerability Assessments.Provide advice to Project Engineering personnel &Management on all aspects of risk reduction, mitigation and safetyengineering matters. Preparation of, andmanagement of, both Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments,including fault tree and event tree analyses, hazardidentification, FMECA techniques, risk ranking
