the opportunity to gain a sound understanding of all activities related to Communication in Maaden 3 QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE SKILLS Qualification BA Degree Experience Entry Level Skills Effective envisaged and developing alternate ones where alignment with targeted audiences and resources is required Assist to create projects implementation within ethical governance project management legal principles practices timelines and allocated resources Assist with identification of issues and crises which have an impact on Maaden s reputation Assist to identify issues and crises through scanning of the environment media stakeholder groups thought leaders and respond to issues crisis in an effective and efficient manner to avoid or mitigate any potential reputation harm to Maaden Participate to the development and implementation of issue action plans involving appropriate stakeholders Assist with impact assessment to determine value added by the communication solutions projects to the resolution of identified issues and crises customer needs and towards business strategic goal Assist to monitor the implementation of projects communication solutions projects against set objectives standards cost allocation timeframes and clients Affiliates expectations Assist to compile status reports on the progress and performance of the solutions against set objectives cost effectiveness timeframes standards and expectations of clients and other relevant stakeholders Participate in budget formulation and tracking of the expenditure to ensure cost and benefit balance in the implementation of communications solutions and projects Gain knowledge of the inclusive budget formulation process informed by the strategic objectives stakeholders communication requirements resource availability and prioritization Assist with tracking the budget spend in line with communication solutions implementation payments and monthly cost reports readily available indicating the progress with expenditure and forecasts Participate with due diligence on planned and envisaged communication issues and crises management interventions with risk management strategies exit strategies etc in place Assist to design project programme communication solutions initiate and execute according to set principles selection criteria and complete according to plan in a costeffective way and meet the set objectives and standards of service Review and update of historic data to ensure that accurate information repository is created Assist to monitor trends and deliver solutions that meet business and work requirements Assist to monitor and evaluate impact and risks of project communication solutions and provide reports for communication feedback and engagement with relevant stakeholders Assist to share status reports on the progress and performance of project solutions against set objectives risk management cost allocations timeframes and expectations of clients and other relevant stakeholders as well as corrective actions on deviations and concerns by respective stakeholders Identify and map stakeholders and audiences engagement and appropriate message development Apply and assist to ensure access and communication to relevant stakeholders of relevant policies practices standards procedures and methods in the performance tasks Gain experience in Arabic and or English content development Learn about quality requirements for videography photography graphic design Learn about quality requirements for and relevant digital and social platforms applications and content
