• Communication Programs - Drive the country s communications program internally and externally with employees and external media. Align with the regional communications manager on programs that need local execution. • Executional Excellence - Ensures executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy. • Supplier Relations - Implements agreed communications plan applying all effective media and supervises or manages production and supplier relations. • Manager Communication Materials - Supports key management with personal communications materials including presentations, media interactions, and employee engagement, which involves organizing town halls. • Event Organization - Proactive with identifying key events such as trade exhibitions and product roadshows. Develops and organizes customer seminars and employee meetings working with the sales teams. • Budget - Owns budget for communications programs and ensures budget alignment with corporate and division communications on local level.
