Monitor and review the execution of all functions related to checking, accounting, reporting and follow-up of all Revenue/Accountable Documents issued by dnata Outlets in order to protect, account, follow-up and realize the incomes and dues accruing to dnata from these areas and to meet the reporting/accounting deadlines of dnata and IATA BSP. Monitor and review the executing of all functions related to checking, accounting, and reporting of all Revenue/Accountable documents issued by travel consultants. Ensure that Sales/Refunds Reports are properly checked and applicable commissions claimed and to protect/accrue/realise the commissions due to dnata from Airlines. Monitor and ensure that the accounting and internal controls put in place at all the reporting/revenue generating locations are properly adhered to so that all incomes/expenses are properly and accurately accounted for. Provide, analyse and comment upon statistical and productivity analysis as may be required by branch manager from time to time. Monitor IATA BSP reporting of Branch office location and outlets on a timely manner as per the IATA BSP reporting schedule. Monitor and controlling BSP Ticket Stock Branch office Locations and outlets. Monitor and Controlling Prepaid Vouchers of Leisure Product. Reconciliation of Corporate Payments, Liaising with Corporate for solving any discrepancies. Follow up with Airlines for the refunds and recovery of commission for the error done by travel consultants. Banking and receipting of cash and debtors. Petty cash float management and passing of entries to the system. Collection of supplier documents for cheques payments made. Checking the Value added Tax (VAT) collection in the Invoices and providing the monthly VAT report and also supplier invoices details to claim INPUT VAT and knowledge of deduction of With Holding Tax (WHT) on cross border payment as per KSA GAZT published regulations. Any other tasks assigned deemed necessary as per operational requirements by the Management. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications: a bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or a related field.Experience:Finance & Revenue Accounting - 3+ YearsGraduate in Accounting with minimum of 3 years Revenue Accounting experience in an Airline or a large travel agency/GSA, should be handling large accounting sections.Working experience in controlling large financial accounting processes.Ability to manage large teams. Relate to the ability of staff management as well a workflow management.Ability knowledge of reporting and ticketing procedures.ÂIntroductory knowledge of Value added Tax (VAT) and With Holding Tax (WHT) as per KSA GAZT published regulationsUnderstanding of BSP rules and requirements.Good communication skills - both verbal and writtenComputer proficient - E-mail, Word & Excel.Negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
