Business partnering Ensuring product supply for both launches of new products & discontinuation of withdrawal products in collaboration with Marketing & Regulatory Stakeholders: Manage and align multiple stakeholders at various levels inside the affiliate. Operational excellence: ensuring products are delivered on time with clear and transparent issue handling. Stock management: ensuring optimal stock levels, incl. obligatory safety stocks according to local laws in Saudi Arabia. Proactively generate smart business updates and data-driven decisions Minimizing scraping with special focus around launch orders and “slow” runner products. Forecasting: Driving andcoordinating with logistics Manager to ensure forecasting used for internal product ordering (GSF) is up to date and of the highest possible standard. House in Order and Compliance Ensuring documentation is produced and stored according to internal and external requirements. Quality management: Keeping track of quality requirements (both internal and external) and ensuring Novo Nordisk’s supply chain lives up to them Ensuring appropriate actions in line with relevant SoPs are executed in a timely manner in the event of a product recall or stock related crisis management situation Supporting agreements and contracts with third party distributors Audit readiness and high-quality ICQ control execution according to schedule
