• Implement Company recruitment procedure and assure that all elements are fully implemented • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.) • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. • Preparing vacancy announcements and following up by coordinating with concerned parties inside and outside company. • Sorting out curriculum vitas /CV applications, evaluating them based on evaluation standards, and checking information included in the CVs • Following up on the interview process status • Preparing schedules for practical and written exams and interviews for candidates by coordinating with the department heads. • Conduct initial interviews either by phone ,Internet or physically and assist the management with the candidate evaluation. • Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. • Completing paperwork for new hires • Promoting the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment • Communicate regularly with OD Manager to get a clear view of company?s hiring needs and organizational goals
