• Monitors working practices and adherence to safety procedures to contribute to the Ensure all materials and services required by the Company are secured and procured in a timely, safe and cost-effective manner in accordance with appropriate Company policies, procedures and processes. • Reviewing validating, analyzing all assigned purchase requisitions • Review bids from Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with end user departments, conduct analysis and make initial recommendations for appropriate spend level as applicable • Oversee the technical evaluation of bids to ensure they are performed accurately by the end user departments/technical teams, and in line with the scope and requirements. • Perform analysis to support procurement strategy, planning and initiatives • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships (customer, legal, supplier and other interested parties). • Conduct commercial evaluations and negotiation of bids to ensure their compliance with commercial terms & conditions and price requirements. • Provide advice on opportunities and educate stakeholders on Procurement activities.
