What does the role involveThe purpose of the role is to plan and manage projects. The role involves structuring complex tasks into manageable work packages and creating project plans with accurately estimated timelines and resources. The job holder needs to engage and motivate Cross-Functional Team members. Scope: Manages small projects or a subset of a larger project projects are pre-defined with a low degree of novelty & complexity typically interfaces with a small number of stakeholders & partners. What you need is:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, further education in Business Administration, Project Management is an advantage. Advanced level of English is a must for developing this function, any other language is an advantage. At minimum of3years of experience in the field of key project sales. Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and presenting project status and risks to senior management. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organizational structure.
