Responsible for maintaining the brands CRM, presence online and via digital channels. This includes development and enhancement of content for a multi-lingual website, digital and social channels;
Manage the team to design, build, and maintain the social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifiy trends and insights and optimize budget spent and performance based on the insights.
In charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. Dduties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. have experience in art and social media.
The role is also in charge of the management of multilingual content (website, paid media campaigns and social channels and the coordination of social media content and user engagement across the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The managers’ responsibilities revolve around organising and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat and others).
Typical responsibilities include:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract content and brand stories
Planning and managing the social media platforms.
Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Execute CMS and content updates across all brands websites
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Work with the media production in creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy
Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Provide direction to digital creative teams (copywriters, art directors) on required content updates
Responsible for day-to-day digital content briefing and coordination
