IT Developer -Training Systems

POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is for individuals with English language skills and technical skills for writing and developing training curricula with special focus on e-Learning technologies. This position requires a basic knowledge of training development tools used for developing e-Learning and classroom-based courses. Incumbent will: 1) Develop computer-based training materials for Aramco Enterprise Resource Planning requirements. 2) Develop e-Learning courses and curriculum for Enterprise Resource Planning implementations. 3) Provide ongoing support to existing and new implementation in form of training materials and training delivery as required. 4) Liaise with internal and external customers in order to provide up-to-date training solutions to Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and existing projects. 5) Contribute to research and development of new and improved development tools and methods. 6) Maintain existing training catalog by updating and keeping current all relevant e-Learning, classroom and blended learning materials. 7) Provide regular status reporting to supervisors. 8) Provide mentoring and assistance to other team members as required. 9) Provide support to Training Delivery and Change Management functions as required. SELECTION CRITERIA: The candidate must be exemplary and possess a Bachelor's Degree. Excellent command of oral and written English. Five (5) years experience in training and 3 years of professional experience in computer curriculum, e-learning and individual development plan certification training program development and evaluation. Experience in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of successful training programs or performance support systems. Experience with instructional programs which incorporate e-learning, blended-learning or simulation. Experience and abilities in project management, problem analysis and resolution. Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and authoring tools. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Preferred background in education psychology, evaluation methodology, educational testing and measurement/computer applications. Preferred experience and/or SAP certifications.
