Service Delivery: Executing anddelivering assigned HR services according to defined service levelagreement(s). Handling complex or escalated tasks. Supporting andcoaching others in the team with defined tasks.Supporting Service: Delivering HR service support to theHR community, managers and employees. Showing customer servicemind-set and a proactive way of working to serve the customers witha “can do” attitude.Process Optimization: Recommending enhancements andsimplification of existing processes and procedures based onfeedback and experience with customers. Leading some processimprovement activities and participating in various quality controland audit activities. Communication:Communicating information regarding policies and standards onassigned processes to internal customers as needed.Data Entry: Recording employee enquiries in anappropriate IT system (ticket tool). Performing data entry intoappropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR service(s).Maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in thesystems. Providing on-demand reports related to the process whererequired. Documentation: Preparing informationand documents for external authorities (social security, incometax, etc.) oversees and quality checks the work of other HRservices specialists.
