Acting as the first point of contact with the Family office. Arranging Medical appointments and supplies Reminding family members of important appointments. Follow-up medical insurance. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation Organizing events. Managing databases and filing systems. Personal procurements. Preparing expense sheets. Handling government sites. Coordinate with schools and universities ( all related matters). Miscellaneous tasks to support Family members, Proven admin or assistant experience Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, English. Good knowledge of MS Office At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area Bachelor degree.
