Job DescriptionDocument Controller/ Senior Document Controller (Saudi National)Purpose of PositionAttend the Saudi National Training Programme, Document Control workshops and relevant training sessionsManage and control project documentation in accordance with project proceduresEnsure identification of documents and compliance with standard templates and formatPerform quality and compliance checks on all documentation received and before issuing.Responsible for the collection, distribution, and storage of controlled documents, including being watchful of documents moving in and through the project to validate correct processing and recording.Ensuring all metadata is supplied and properly registered into the system.Providing Document Control support to project team members in retrieving documentsRegister the receipt of documents from contractorsTransmit documents to internal and external parties for review and informationTransmit the comments on documents back to originatorsEnsure that all issued project documents are correct in accordance with document control proceduresMaintain document filing & retention system for hard copy and electronic originals of documentationKeep up to date all incoming and outgoing submittal and correspondence logs.Assist with queries on documentation requirements and submissionsHand-over of documentation to the Client Document ControllerClose out and archive project at end of shelf lifeExperience RequiredMin 1 -
