Primary Function:Project Execution Management, Accountability and Responsibility.Health, Safety and Environment.Quality Assurance.Project Mile Stone Dates.Budget Management & Control.Sub-contractor Management.POSITION INFORMATIONDutiesIn general the duty is to undertake all necessary actions and work to fulfill the scope to the full satisfaction of Stake Holders as EPC. In particular the duties for the aforementioned position include but not limited:He shall report to the the company Project QHS Managerr and work closely with the company Management, Engineers, and Client.He shall familiarize himself with the Tender documents, specification of works and Project Schedules. With careful attention to the Schedule he shall execute and ensure that discipline / department documentation and procedures are in place and approved.He shall closely monitor daily plant construction / operations with specific attention to Progress and Quality. He shall manage handover from Civil/Mechanical, Mechanical/Electrical and Erection/Commissioning activities and supporting documentation in conjunction with Project Procedures. He shall ensure that Commissioning activities/energization of systems is carried out in a safe controlled manner.He shall closely manage Sub-contractor activities and provide support and guidance to the contractors carrying out this work. He shall witness specific Construction / Commissioning tests and milestone activities as required. He may be required to work with the the company and OE to identify and resolve all outstanding engineering issues affecting progress. This may include processing of As-built drawings. He shall ensure that the company Managers and Engineers working to current drawings and documentation.Review and approve site related general construction / commissioning / engineering documents. This may include O&M documents, Operator Training Manuals and Spare parts handover process and other relevant documents. Maintain detailed records of MDL, Purchasing, NCR, PNL, RFI and all other Project Documentation i.e.: Correspondence and submittals.Attend the regular (daily / weekly / monthly) coordination meetings with the company & Client, and Sub-Contractor. He shall chair all internal discipline meetings related to discipline issues, maintain and distribute Minutes of Meetings. Prepare and issue Weekly & Monthly reports on progress per discipline as required by the Project Procedure.Ensure strict adherence of the Project Procedures, technical and administrative, issued by the Head Office and the Project Director. In case of difficulties in application of such instructions, the Project QHS Manager shall be consulted before any other actions are being taken.Decisions taken at the Head Office level, if discussed with the Client, shall duly be supported in order to reinforce the company actions.Receive and implement instructions as given by Senior Management.Cooperate in all activities with all disciplines in accordance with the instructions of the Project QHS Manager.Apply and follow Project PPM requirements.In compliance with the general rules and procedures of the company, in particular also with respect to the Code of EthicsInterface and Liaise with Stake HoldersEnsure Safety, Quality and Progress meeting Mile Stones and TargetsRisk ManagementHR ManagementProgress Monitor, Target Setting and Corrective actionsCritical Path Analyses and corrective actionsDaily SITRAP to client and Internal managementWeekly Project Progress meeting with Execution managementWeekly Reports to SWCCBi-weekly sub-contractor Progress meetingsYearly Audit of all departments, disciplines and sub-contractorsMonthly Project Review meetings with ClientMonthly Reports to SWCCMaterial preservation
