• Act as the HR Business Partner for Consulting business in KSA (200 employees in Riyadh) • Manage the employee cycle (on boarding, employee relation, employee requests, off- boarding) in collaboration with the Recruitment team, regional HR team • Issuance of job offers, including negotiations with the candidate and alignment with the leaders on revised offer if needed • Oversee all aspects of the HR operational matters including visa process (residency & employment), employee files, employee letters, and leave balance. etc. • Planning and participate in delivering inductions for new staff • Consult and advise management on employee relations related issues
