UC Order Provisioning Manager ( POCM )
about the role UC POCM manages provisioning orders for access numbers, DDI ranges, and Portability orders raised by UC Project Managers or Backbone team for internal migration. He/She works closely with Field Engineers, Local providers, Implementation Teams, UC PMs, Process Owners and Product Managers.He/She operates using Digital tools like BTD, Loran and CCA Online and also internal Tools ( LOIS, Sesam, GINI, Ocean, Flip.. ).Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Manage new stock (CCA and BT LVS) and porting orders for UC customers using appropriate ordering tools and databases.Manage the physical cancellation of access numbers, dedicated trunks based on customer or UC PM requests.Communicate status of on-going orders to the UC PMs regularly and [Register to View]
