BO VOICE Core Team Lead
About this opportunityWe are now looking for a BO VOICE Core Team Lead that will be responsible for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed domains of Telecom Egypt and managing the project support integration & Acceptance phases. Responsible for verifying new solutions from post-planning team! What you will do Providing technical solutions regarding hardware and configuration problems in agreed time frame. Ensuring fast response, accurate actions, and decisions during crisis. Handling CSRs with customer support team E2E. Ensuring reliable accurate solutions provided by CS. Reviewing new projects’ documentations (HLD, LLD ATP.) Verifying test cases and ensuring the applicability according to the network current setup scenarios. Migrating new services and nodes to live network while avoiding incidents or major issues. Periodic auditing on license-controlled nodes to raise flag in case of traffic profile changes. You will bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom) with 5-10 years’ experience in IMS/Voice Core domain. Deep knowledge in troubleshooting for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed products.
