Since 2009 Evonik Industries AG has been certified as a family-friendly company by the German Hertie Foundation.Click on the link to learn more about Evonik from our employees:Responsibilities: Assistant to MD: Handling organizational and administrative tasks -- Office meeting arrangements -- Minutes of meetings -- doing research and creating vivid presentations and graphics by using Powerpoint, Excel, other MS office tools as well as Evonik Reporting tools (e.g. Regional Dashboard) -- Receptionist tasks -- Physical and electronic filingTravel and events: Focal point for all EHE travel (inbound and outbound) -- check and approve airline ticket and hotel prizes (includes change of service provider if prices are too high) -- oversee the visa situation for all countries in our region -- support implementation of new systems for processing travel costs (e.g. Concure) -- plan, execute and moderate / take part in eventsContract Management: responsible for renewal and filing of all external contracts (insurances, rent, printer, auditors and consultants, custom clearance agents, warehouses, transporters, etc.) -- negotiate contracts for companies providing temporary workers as well as Recruitment firms)IT responsible of the office: Plan, order and follow up on Company smart phones and laptops -- support users when linking devices to the Evonik network and governmental E-payments -- maintain speedy Internet services for the office with Starcom -- be the main contact for connection problems with the Evonik server -- Microsoft office support for all office staffManage 3rd party employees: coordinate daily schedules of the Office Messenger, the Office boy and the cleaning servicesAdditional function: In emergency cases replacement for Customer Service, Logistics, Accounting and Regulatory / Government Relations as well as support for Business Managers in certain projects / assignmentsRequirements:MUST be a resident of Nasr City or very close to Nasr City like Heliopolis as our office is in City StarsUniversity degree is a must, major preferably in Business Administration, Economics, IT or similarMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar positionVery good English (spoken and written)Very good MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)Has ease and creativity to produce smart PP graphicsVery good computer and IT skills is a must, plus SAP ERP system is an advantageExperience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics is an advantage, but not a must
