HR Specialist (Chinese Speaker)
Job DescriptionApplying and following up all recruitment plan (Blue / White) Collar with the deadline.Ensuring all the personnel and governmental documents regarding the employees is fulfilled.Visiting and Dealing with Social insurance and Labor offices for any issue.Preparing and calculating all attendance and payroll reports for all branches (Leaves, Overtime, lateness, absence,….).Handling all employees and branches problems, requests, issues,…..,…..Updating and data-entry all HR data and submitting all the required reports.Any other required tasks.Job RequirementsBachelor degree.From 2 to 5 Years of proven experience in general HR activities such (Recruitment, Payroll , Personnel).Must be Excellent Excel user.Chinese speaker is a Must (Not less than HSK 4).Very Good English speaker.Ability to visit all governmental entities regarding HR for any issues.
