Are you in?Come, and be where it begins.Our Exciting Opportunity!We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.You will:Be responsible for Operation and maintenance for NFViTroubleshooting OpenStack environment.Troubleshooting in multivendor IP networksHandling IP network related configuration activities and SW upgrade for IP Core nodesManaging customer support and emergency cases with vendor TAC to deliver remedial actions as well as RCATechnical Problem management and incident recovery within contractual SLA Required profile for job ad : 2nd Level IP & Infrastructure Network Operation Engineer To be Successful in the role you must have:Good knowledge in NFV, SDN, Linux & Openstack.Strong technical experience in the O&M of IP Routers and Switches (Juniper & Cisco)Extensive understating for IP Networks protocols include TCP/IP, Routing protocols OSPF & BGP, MPLS,Traffic Engineering, L2VPN, L3VPN, routing polices, Qos … etc.Network automation and programming skills (ex.: Python) is a plusAny technical certification from Cisco/Juniper on expert level is a plusBachelor’s degree in IT/Telecom or equivalentStrong communication and Interpersonal skillsGood Customer management skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood Team playerAbility to work on rotating shift basis
