Job Description:Qara is a MENA-based disruptive digital ecosystem that enables manufacturers and distributors to authenticate, trace, promote, and sell their products throughout the supply chain. Qara is working to become the standard product authentication and traceability platform and the multi-sector B2B marketplace for commodities in the Middle East and Africa.We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand ourclientele. You will be at the front lines of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply aneffective sales strategy that expands Qara’s product presence. The goal is to drive sustainable growth for our niche SAAS solutions by boosting sales and forging strong B2B client relationships.Responsibilities:Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactioConduct research to identify potential Clients and partnersArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to the product team.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry-level staff into valuable salespeopleJob RequirementsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or in arelevant roleProven sales track record B2B ideally in a Tech Startup or SAAS Sales experiencExperience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Proficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsBSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant fieldBackground in Trading, Manufacturing, and Marketing, FMCGS is preferred but not amust
