Positioned as a buy-now-pay-later app for goods, Shahry offers Egypt's only fully digital lending option where applying for credit happens without a `wet signature` or documentation.We source products exclusively from reputable merchants and allow monthly repayment of purchases through digital payments, credit cards, or Egypt's vast network of over 200k PoS.Shahry is also Egypt's only startup funded and partnered with a regulated bank, allowing us unlimited access to financing and industry expertise to build a radical and innovative fintech platform.This is an example of the stuff that gets us excited: hypothesis testing, automation, digitizing (behavioral) footprints, user profiling, removing barriers and rocking the boat in general.Job Purpose:Enhancing collection and reduce the delinquency ratios.Identifying reasons of delinquency, and communicate them to all related department in order to reconsider the policies and processes of granting loans.Following up the delinquent customers according to the company’s policies, instructions and the daily collection reports to collect the delinquent loans.Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Follow up the delinquent customers and handling the daily collection reports to collect the delinquent loans.Studying the customers’ files, who are required to be sent to the Credit Recovery Department?Making field visits for the delinquent customers who have been getting great amounts of loans to guarantee a kind of communication with them.Ensure completing of customer’s files documents that are diverted to the Credit recovery Department.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Decrease in percentage of delinquency.Increase in percentage of collection.Decrease the Provisions amountPosition Requirements:Educational Requirements: University degree from a reputable universityRequired Industry Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in a related fieldTechnological Requirements: MS Office – Google SheetsLanguage Requirements: Fluent in English and in ArabicBehavioral Competencies:Relating and NetworkingWorking With PeopleAdhering to Principles; ValuesCreating; InnovatingDelivering results & meeting customer expectationsPersuading and influencingPlanning and OrganizingTechnical CompetenciesGood communication skillsExcellent negotiations skillsExcellent time & project management skillsGood presentation & communication Skills
