Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE: The role holder is responsible for processing activities related to cards (FAB & DF) as per the approved SOPs, within the agreed TAT and as per the agreed SLAs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Demonstrate compliance to organization's values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.Reporting Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.JOB CONTEXT:Operational Delivery:Posting all financial and non- financial transactions.Inputting Role on Card Management & Banking systemsDocument Management & Filing / scanningFollowing approved SOP & DOA when processing customers' requestEnsure all requests processed are accurate, error free and as per customer instructions / voucher details and no breach of the SLAs.Ensure all customer instructions / voucher received are processed within the pre-defined TATAny other task assigned / adhoc activities to be performed as per line managers instructionPolicies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresSupporting new initiatives and implementationsParticipating in card related system testing for enhancements and new systemsEnsure customers data / documents are protected from the public and secured against fraud by following proper access rightsProvide support to line manager as & when requiredTimely escalation of exceptions / deviations to authorizerEnsure necessary checks/ controls are documented / implemented in all processes adhering to Compliance in order to eliminate/mitigate risk and achieve positive Audit ratingsEnsuring obtain approvals as per bank Delegation of Authority prior to processing requests / entriesProactively raise and discuss Operational Issues and new ideas to improve processes with line managerSuggest a process improvement to increase productivity and cost effectivenessEnhance knowledge by enrolling into training and development course.Maintain KPI and Productivity reportsBanks Values (Knowledgeable, Adaptable, Collaborative, Enterprising and Responsible) are understood properly and practiced & ensure the team is inculcated with FAB Core value and put to practice within the department.Internal CollaborationCoordinates with other units / departments to ensure customers' requests / vouchers are processed within a timely mannerAuthorities:As delegated by AVP / line manager - Card Operatioins QualificationsMinimum QualificationBachelor's degree or related discipline.Minimum Experience2 years of experience in a bank with exposure to Cards Operations and Customer Services, with at least 1 year in a similar position
