In addition to being a Sourcer for Tel Aviv, this person will be responsible for providing competitive intelligence, labor market knowledge, and creative ways to find technical talent.Your QualificationsDemonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates.Ability to speak Hebrew fluently.Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.Creative approaches for problem-solving and extensive knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and programs.Proven ability to function as a part of the broader People Operations organization.Dedication to creating a stellar candidate experience for every candidate every time.Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.We're looking for bold and passionate people to be a part of our mission to create more perfect software.
