You are expected to help Cellebrite enhance broader processes and systems capabilities, working in cooperation and alignment with the relevant company’s teams.You will report to the General Counsel, and will have a direct professional approach to the Company’s CFO & CEOCellebrite is a fast-growing company that operates in a very distinct and exciting market. We’re looking for a candidate that is looking to advance their career, be a part of a growth story, be a self-starter, and lead initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, implementing, and managing the Company’s compliance long-term strategy and execution programCoordinating with regulators globallyPlanning, implementing, and overseeing risk-related programsCreating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issuesDeveloping company compliance communicationsCoordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employeesCreate and support enhancing existing internal controls and monitor adherence to themkeep up to date with relevant laws and regulations, best industry practices, and internal policies Requirements Proven experience as a Compliance Officer in a publicly-traded high-tech company of at least 10 yearsStrong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards in the environments the Company operationsKnowledge of compliance standards and policies, audit techniques, and relevant operations and proceduresExcellent analytical, project management, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsIntegrity and professional ethicsBusiness acumenTeamwork skillsBSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or a related fieldProfessional certification (like CCEP, CRCM, and ESG related) is a plus
