HR MANAGERDescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented HR Manager to be responsible for the company’s HR practices, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have the accountability for the full employee life cycle and will be working closely with the Global Head of Human Resources and other HR team members across the group to deliver best-in-class HR services.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)Provides an end-to-end administration service for all employment mattersMaintains HR policies and proceduresMaintains the global HRISLiaises with HRIS related vendors on a regular basisDrives improvement based on employee feedbackCompletes integration projects to enhance HRIS use and process improvementAdvises managers and other employees on employment law and employment policies and proceduresAdvises and supports the Leadership Team to achieve and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory obligationsBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesAssesses training needs to apply and monitor training programsDesigns programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivates them to continue performing at a high levelAdministers benefits on local and global levelNurtures a positive working environmentREQUIRMENTSMinimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Manager or related roleBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance or related fieldStrong MS Excel skills and Word skills RequiredFamiliarity with Benefits and Other Wage DeductionsAssertive, resilient and highly organizedAbility to form working relationships with people in various countries and at all levels, prior multicultural or international experience preferredAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsRisk assessment and decision-makingDemonstrated project completion related to roleOffice Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem / Work from HomeHours: Full time 42.5 hours per week.
