What you’ll achieveAs part of the DevOps organization within Technical Operations you will be working with ISG Agile subject matter experts, Product Engineering, Product Management, and other groups across ISG to assist in the adoption of Scrum and scaling frameworks based on Agile mature states utilizing industry best practices. Your contributions to the overall Agile Transformation effort will be key to driving the successful adoption across all ISG Products. You will:Coach and teach multiple high-performing development teams and large-scale programs across the organizationProvides hand-on coaching to the Agile teams in all aspects including attending ceremonies/events and providing recommendations and feedback to the team throughout the life cycleCultivate Agile mindset by demonstrating and teaching values of the Agile, as well as the technical skills that form part of the underlying principles and methods. Ensure Agile project metrics are being tracked, and monitored for indications of potential problem areas and assist teams in identify and implementing solutions to address the problemsGuide teams and management to empower teams to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches to ensure the overall strategy is executed in agile way. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements3+ years’ experience leading Agile initiatives with a proven background in software development lifecycle and driving organization through transformational changes. 2+ years’ experience leading Agile training sessions, workshops, ways of working, planning sessions and creating required documentation and materialKnowledge with agile techniques, processes, tools that enable the rapid definition, design, build, test and integration of the product or solutionStrong interpersonal and influential communication, facilitation skills; including active listening, coaching, consultation, and collaboration. Experience with large-scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise.
