Together, let's advance the world of minimally invasive care.Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position:We are seeking for a highly motivated top-notch field support professional, to join us in an important period of growth and acceleration, to to assist our rapidly growing customer base. As part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for Intuitive customers for all technical topics. You will take a meaningful part in building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.Roles and Responsibilities:Work with our customers during pilots, implementation, and productionTroubleshoot and research customer issuesIdentify and write internal and external technical articles or knowledge-base entriesManage day-to-day customers relations management growth and manage the accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with the various stakeholders in the fieldQualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:At least 3 Years of experience as technical support focal point for SW product on customer siteExperience and passion for pining down technical issues, and solving problems in the areas of:NetworkingMicrosoft product and environmentSQL and other databasessecurityExperience working on medical device product is a Must.
