a Financial Analyst at JFrog you will… Become a key member in the quarterly and long-term financial planning, build budgets and expenses forecasts.Provide analytical support, ad hoc analysis, monthly and quarterly reports – reviewing operating and financial results, identifying key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management.Develop in-depth knowledge of projects and provide financial leadership related to project planning, reporting and the decision-making process.Develop KPIs to support the business objectives of the different departments.Initiate proactive business dialogue and challenge assumptions to ensure sound financial decisions and improve business performance.Support month end close processes. To be a Financial Analyst at JFrog you need… 4+ Years of experience as a Financial Analyst.Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Industrial Engineering.Proficient with Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work across departments with varying levels of staff and management to solve problems and achieve results.Team player attitude, customer service oriented, enjoys collaboration and is self-motivated.
