How You’ll Contribute as our Senior Backend Engineer:Design and develop features from sketch to production that will have a huge business impact on the core products at OpenWebResponsible for your groups’ technical architecture and implementations as part of a complex micro-services backend architecture with large scale challengesYour opinion counts - work closely with product & system architecture leadersRamp up the technical level of your team & cross-backend engineersChallenge yourself in a high-paced startup environment.
The Skills and Experience You Bring:6+ years experience building highly-scalable applicationsRequired to be fluent in any 2 programming languagesPlus: experience with Golang (GO) OR Node.js OR Ruby Good understanding of design patternsPassion for performance and scaleExperience with SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience Docker, K8s/ECS/Nomad or similar
