NOTE: ZOLL now requires COVID vaccinations subject to legal exemptionsJob Summary: The Deployment Engineer is responsible for supporting the North American EMS and Hospital Sales force through utilization of their technical ability and product knowledge. This position will be responsible for the installation, configuration and training of customers who use the ZOLL Suite of software and hardware products focusing on resuscitation applications.Essential Functions:Installation and configuration of Software and Hardware Products into Hospital and EMS SystemsPerform training for clients either through on-site (travel required) or through remote toolsParticipate in training for the Sales Teams as products developContribute towards knowledge base articles for Sales Engineering and SupportProvide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management in order to assist in the further development of the Rescue Net Product Suites and associated hardwareAttend trade shows as required to support the sales effortSkills Requirements:Strong Presentation and training skills2+ years of related experienceStrong technical aptitude and problem solving approachExperience in troubleshooting software installsExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and directedExperience in providing support to a sales organizations that focuses on selling complex enterprise wide software and hardware solutionsAbility to travel to sales regions from a home office (estimated 75% of the time)This position will require 2-3 overnights a week.Required/Preferred Education and Experience:B.S.
