A Day in the LifeThis position has the responsibility and authority to plan and execute tests for verification & validation activities for software and systems to ensure products meet our user’s needs and our quality and reliability standards. This position requires application of technical expertise to independently determine and develop approaches to solve complex technical problems with ingenuity and creativity. Key Responsibilities & Authorities:Creates detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, protocols and reports.Designs, develops and executes verification and validation, system and reliability testsIdentifies, records, documents and tracks defects during testing.Interacts closely with development engineers. Must Have:B.A. / [Register to View] in computer science or equivalent experience5+ years relevant experience with multi-disciplinary productsGood documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationExperience in thorough understanding of the requirements and writing test designs for complete coverage of the requirementsStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesGood organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication.
