Our senior lawyers play an important role in the development of junior lawyers.We are looking for one Corporate Lawyer with extensive experience of working on Energy & Infrastructure Projects in the MENA Region and in particular in the KSA and GCC markets to join our existing Energy practice and be based in the KSA. We are primarily looking for experienced Energy lawyers who are already based in the KSA but will also consider experienced Energy lawyers based in other GCC jurisdictions such as the UAE and Qatar who would be willing to consider making a move to the KSA.The role will involveworking on Energy & Infrastructure Projects in the KSA , the GCC and the wider MENA Regionworking in a multi-disciplinary environmentbeing able to work in a collegiate environment with other team members the execution of projects in the Energy & Infrastructure Sectors in the KSA and the wider MENA Region including projects in the Oil & Gas and Power & Water Industries andsupporting business development initiatives in the KSA and the wider MENA Region.RequirementsWe are interested in individuals who have the following experience and attributes:minimum of 4 years experience of working on Energy & Infrastructure Projects for a leading International Law Firm with offices in the MENA Region with a particular emphasis on projects in the GCCproven track Record of Working on Energy & Infrastructure Projects including Projects in the Power & Water and Oil & Gas Industries in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatarextensive knowledge of working on EPC and O&M Documentation requiredexperience of Working on Project Finance/ Loan Documentation on Energy & Infrastructure Projects in the MENA Region preferredprevious experience of working on M&A and corporate restructuring projects in the Energy Sector in the MENA Region preferredArabic language skills preferred including fluency in spoken Arabic andability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting whilst also working efficiently and meeting deal/project related deadlines.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor Degree - LawCertifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsUp to 20%Available for Work Visa SponsorshipNoGovernment Clearance RequiredYes
