• Responsible for Lead Management to establish a long term business growth in MS in the Customer Unit. • Partner with the related Key Account Management teams in driving customer engagements by providing thought leadership and support in identifying and capturing opportunities. • Creating highly capable and experienced engagement project organization. • Responsible and able to work with C-level with customers, long-term engagements and to prove Ericsson credibility in Managed Services with successful business cases. • Crafting profitable Managed Services Business Cases in line with Ericsson Manages Services Global Directives, controlling the Cost of Sales components following the related Ericsson directives for dimensioning and costing. • Responsible for acquiring the respective approvals during the engagement in accordance with Managed Services Project Model and Ericsson Sales Process.
