Responsibilities Provide leadership to the efficient coordination and execution of workflow throughout the warehouse, consistently keeping safety, sanitation, cost controls, productivity, accuracy, team environment, and customer satisfaction in line with facility goals. Inventory control functions and procedures, Work with Management personnel to ensure that all requirements and requests are responded to in the highest professional manner. Strong analytical skillls to monitor the perfromance of different legs to reduce the overall TAT from Mega DC Dubai to Oman Stores. Update the management on the lead time performance. Liaise constantly with Mega DC Team Dubai, Concept planners, Central Supply Chain Team and Oman territory Retail Team. Ensure Regular meetings with good presentation skills. Lead a Continuous Improvement and demand & capacity management agenda by enabling Value Stream Mapping or equivalent methods, driving consistent knowledge management and disciplined replication agenda. Proactively identify & understand Logistics needs from internal and external stakeholders and propose competitive solutions. This may involve constructively challenging the Business Demand &/or Logistics Practices to drive value and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain or any related field. Experience of 5 years in a similar role in the industry. Oman and GCC experience is an added advantage. Ability to work on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and has experience of working on WMS & design reports in Power BI using power query.
