As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for handling advertising and promotional activities, oversee everything to do with thecustomer database, as well as optimising service and in store experience for our customers.Advertising and Promotional Activities:Analyse competition, best practices and new trends in local market and report to Marketing teamAssist in building marketing plan / calendar for the different chains/brands/ markets in close co-operation with the Department Manager and the Brand's marketing departmentsAssist the Store Manager in the development of the sales force animation program (staff training, incentives, data collection)Be involved in all aspects of marketing and media from planning, advertising, promotions, public, media relations, product development and researchBuild, maintain and update good database (CRM) through consolidate information from shop floorsCarry out local market research, customer survey, assessing customer demands, brand positioning, monitor competitors' activities, and evaluating market campaignsChannel all suppliers and customers information (animation / training / launch plan) to stores/shop managers, area, and Department/ Division ManagerCollect customer feedback to define actions that will attract new customers and returning customers more oftenCommunicate all required information about animation / visibility to the suppliersConduct monthly reports on customer insights, sales analysis, and traffic in storeCoordinate with advertising agencies and clients on media plansCoordinate, organise and ensure implementation of the operational in-store action plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross sell & up sell sales and servicesCustomer Data Base:Define the media and PR plan by briefing the advertising agencyEnsure preserving the image of the brand at the POS by respecting its merchandising guidelinesFollow up closely on the plans' implementation, schedule and activities in all concerned marketsHandle live coverage on social media platformsHandle the marketing plan forecast and the marketing plan ordersHandle translation of all the documentsImplement the in-store marketing animation plan/guidelinesInform purchasing supervisor about marketing activities to ensure the availability of the stock timeframeLiaise with the different departments to build the latterManage and coordinate with concerned parties for the production of marketing materials being from leaflets, visuals, podiums, flyers, and preparing necessary photo shoots to pro reading press releasesManage the various marketing budgets to organize corporate above the line and below the line promotional / advertising activities and corporate items purchaseMarketing and Promotional PlansMeet and discuss with local suppliers for all marketing bookings and animationsMonitor Store KPI'sMonitor windows, podiums and any other promotional area ensuring promotional activities throughout the year, in coordination with the design department (3D)Optimize service & in-store experience:Organize, attend events, and exhibitionsOversee the performance of the campaigns and promotions and report it to the Marketing teamParticipate in relevant projects and community activities as and when neededPlan and follow-up on promotions in coordination with the different area managers and the training and promotion managerPrepare monthly management report comparing the budget verses the stockPrepare monthly updated report of expensesPresent the various marketing plans to the stores/ shop managers and ensure its proper implementationSecure sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projectsSend the catalogues, new price lists and miscellaneous information to the customersSplitting the media investments by product line and by media support to respect the brand's media strategy and the total budget initially set by the Area Manager/ Department ManagerSuppliers/Customer Relationship:Work in coordination with commercial team and list objectives for main customersWhat you'll need to succeedFluency in English and ArabicBachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or similar field2-3 years marketing experience within a consumer driven environment, ideally gained in a Fragrance and/or cosmetic company or FMCG company backgrounds.Effective communication skillsAbility to work in a matrix organizationCollaborative nature, ability to work with cross functional teams Possess cultural awareness related to SaudiHigh integrity / trustworthyWhat we can offer youWith us,you will turn your aspirations into reality.
