Handle the logistics work, Order confirmation and follow up with the orders and all related documents Answer phones and greet visitors in a pleasant manner and direct them to the concerned individuals in the office Organize, maintain and update the office file system and reference library ensuring easy extraction of documents and up-to-date reference. Prepare project budgeting Receive, distribute and send out mail. Type purchase and job orders, invoices travel authorization, travel reports and expense claims etc. Maintain and update mailing lists (Supplier & Customers). To maintain and update lists of documents and serial numbers related to logistics. To provide effective administrative support to all staff and assist supervisors on administrative procedures. To provide effective support and assist the sales team in different procedures. To provide effective support and assist the accounts in different procedures Perform any other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned. Must have experience working with ERP system
