Main responsibilities:Co-ordinator the activities of the Field Service EngineersInterface with customers by telephone, email, fax and letter providing pro-active customer careKnowledge of engineers capability and scope of abilityProvision of all relevant information prior to engineers visitsOrganise all Field Service Engineers scheduled rosta’s, customer contracts including maintaining the scheduled databaseProvision of all information and documentation relevant to all individual site visits using SAP/SMPUndertake travel arrangements for the Field Service Engineers both UK, offshore and overseasKeep track of tools and equipment necessary to ensure the job is undertaken in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure that jobs are complete and invoiced in a timely mannerLiaise with the workshops to ensure correct spares are provided for the Field Service EngineersOrganise the manning of the services helpline Keep up to date records for engineers safety passports, medicals and training requirementsTo be aware of the standard operating procedures relevant to individual Field visitsProvide support cover for co-workers during time of sickness, holidays, training etc.Liaise with other internal departmentsGeneral administration dutiesQualifications:1. Bachelor of Engineering or Technology 2. Bachelor of Science
